Jack Kerouac's tips for writers

 
In the late 50’s, Allen Ginsberg asked his friend Jack Kerouac to explain his concept of “spontaneous prose”. Kerouac responded with a series of maxims that are, in turn, inspirational, provocative and, sometimes, baffling.
