I’ve always felt like an air traffic controller, enabling people & events & daily ‘things to do’ to take off & arrive – simply to happen. Focusing this skill, which I’ve honed over the years, on carving room for all facets of my writing (researching, bum-in-the-chair writing, editing, etc.) has helped me find that needed time, but too often not enough of it. Keeping in mind ‘purpose’, like Jon keeps repeating, is helping me renew my efforts to prioritize this time in my life. Thanks!!!
